2 · What data we process

When you visit simosphereai.com, technically unavoidable data is processed (IP address, date and time, user agent, referrer). When you use our chat, your inputs and a pseudonymous session ID are logged short-term (24-hour retention) — for abuse detection, quality improvement, and rate-limit enforcement. IP addresses are hashed (SHA-256) before storage.

  • Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (contract or pre-contract) — discovery call, orders, consulting packages.

4 · Cookies and tracking

We use the Cookiebot consent manager. Without your consent only strictly necessary cookies are set. Marketing and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4) load only after consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

5 · Hosting and data flow

simosphereai.com is hosted in German data centers by goserver.host, with Cloudflare CDN. Processing location: Germany and EU. The chat endpoint /api/chat-completion.php forwards requests to our gateway api.simosphereai.com (on our own server in Germany, EU-sovereign LLMs). No transfer to US cloud providers without your consent.

6 · Retention and deletion

  • Server logs: 7 days
  • Chat logs: 24 hours, IP hashed
  • Rate-limit markers: 60 minutes
  • Contract data: according to German commercial and tax retention periods (6-10 years)

7 · Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany).
