Section 25 TDDDG and Article 13 GDPR

Cookie declaration

This page lists in full what simosphereai.com writes to your device or reads from it. We do not talk about cookies alone: section 25 TDDDG covers every access to your terminal equipment, browser local storage included.

There are two entries, and both are strictly necessary within the meaning of section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. Nothing stored here currently requires your consent, and not a single request goes out to a third party.

Essential

Stores your choice of language and your decision on this declaration. Without these two entries you would have to choose again on every visit. Cannot be switched off. The legal basis is section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.

simosphere-einwilligung, local storage, 12 months
Your decision on this declaration: which purposes you allowed, when, and under which version of the text. Article 7 (1) GDPR requires us to be able to demonstrate consent. The entry stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
NEXT_LOCALE, cookie, 12 months
Which language you read in. Without it, every visit would start over in the default language.

There is nothing else. No session identifier, no shopping cart and no customer account, because ordering through this website is on hold.

What does not happen here

This list belongs in the declaration. Saying only what you do leaves open everything you might be doing.

  • No payment services. The Stripe and PayPal payment fields are not embedded on this website, because there is no checkout. Once there is one, the purpose comes back, and we will ask you before it does.
  • No audience measurement. We do not count page views, neither on someone else's servers nor on our own.
  • No Google Tag Manager, no Google Analytics, no advertising identifier. Not even a preconnect to them: a preconnect already opens a connection and hands over your IP address, so it would be unlawful without consent.
  • No typefaces from other people's servers. Every font is hosted by us.
  • No embedded video and no map services.
  • No cross-site recognition, and no sale of data.

Clearing the entries yourself

Whatever you choose above, your browser can delete everything this site has stored. Depending on the browser, look under "Privacy and security", "Cookies and site data" or "Site settings".

If you clear our consent entry along with the rest, we will ask you again on your next visit. That is not a fault; it follows from storing your decision with you and nowhere else.

Your choice

Right now nothing on this site needs your consent. Should that change, we will ask you first. You can then change your decision whenever you like, and withdrawing takes exactly as little effort as agreeing did: one click, and the choice is open again.
