Scope

Since June 28, 2025 the BFSG has applied to services provided to consumers by electronic means (section 1 (3) no. 4 BFSG). Our shop is exactly that. For the Agent BOX as a hardware system with an operating system, the product requirements of section 1 (2) no. 1 BFSG apply on top.

This statement covers the following offerings:

• simosphereai.com: information and ordering site
• app.simosphereai.com: managing access keys, usage and billing
• workspace.simosphereai.com: workspace with AI teammates
• onboarding.simosphereai.com: sign-up and initial setup

The signed-in areas point back to this statement and add their own notes on whatever is particular to them.

Conformance status

The offerings named above are partially compliant with the harmonized European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 and with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The content listed below is not yet fully accessible, for the reasons given.

The site is currently being rebuilt. Every newly published page must meet the following: contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text, full keyboard operation, a visible focus indicator, target sizes of at least 44 pixels, and no horizontal scrolling down to a width of 320 pixels.

Known limitations

Color contrast (WCAG 1.4.3)

A few button intermediate states in light mode rendered at 3.9:1 instead of 4.5:1. Fixed in the audit wave of May 26, 2026; the check will be repeated for the rebuild.

Name, role, value (WCAG 4.1.2)

Some table and dialog controls in the signed-in areas still lack complete labeling for screen readers. Remediation is planned by the fourth quarter of 2026.

Motion (WCAG 2.3.3)

Animated backdrops follow the system setting for reduced motion. A small number of short transitions are still exempt.

Legacy content

Older pages from the previous site may still carry images without alternative text and headings without a consistent outline. They are being replaced as the rebuild proceeds.

How this statement was prepared

It rests on a self-assessment by SIMO GmbH against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (sections 9, 11.4 and 12.1). We tested with automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse) and by hand: keyboard operation without a mouse, screen reading with VoiceOver and NVDA, zoom to 200 percent, and rendering at a width of 320 pixels.

We review this statement at least once a year, and always when the site changes substantially.

Conciliation procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory answer within six weeks, you can turn to the conciliation body under the German Equal Opportunities for Disabled Persons Act (section 32 BFSG together with section 16 BGG). The procedure costs you nothing.
