We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the SIMOSphere AI platform and our services. Processing is based on the GDPR, in particular Art. 6(1)(b) (performance of contract), (f) (legitimate interests) and (a) (consent).

Our servers are located in Germany. We use Cloudflare for CDN and DDoS protection (data processing agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses). The database servers are located in a German data centre.

When using the platform, we collect: contact data (name, email, company), usage data (API calls, token consumption, access times), technical data (IP address, browser, operating system) and payment data (via Stripe, Inc.).

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please direct requests to: [email protected]

We only use technically necessary cookies for session management. Analytics cookies are set exclusively with your consent via Cookiebot. We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not process personal data.
