Resources: the data
Structured data the server exposes: files, database records, responses from other interfaces. Every source becomes a uniform resource an agent can query. Under control and on the record.
Tools: the actions
What an agent is allowed to do: create a CRM record, send an email, run a database query. A tool spells out exactly which operation is permitted and which parameters it takes.

Is the MCP server GDPR-compliant?
